The interview process was fast and convenient. Everyone at Kokua ensured I felt comfortable and most importantly that in my own time. My first interview was an interactive video that recorded my responses.

Name a time you were late to work and how did you handle it?
Simple, it was an online interview where you record your answers. It gives 30 seconds of think time for you to craft your answer. It was about 8 questions, the interview is about 15 minutes.

Interview
Seamless and quick interview process and onboarding. Only two interviews, offer was given during the second interview. Questions were simple and easy to answer. Super friendly staff. Clear and straightforward process.

Super easy, it took about a week from the day that I applied before I finished my final interview and they called and offered me the job. I was more stressed about this than I needed to be!
