I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
I connected with the Talent Acquisition Specialist through a job fair and after applying on the company website, I was scheduled a phone interview. It was a pretty standard get-to-know-you-better kind of interview, where he asked me why I'm interested in this role, etc. I did not make it past that round. As I am new to the tech field, when I emailed and asked for advice or any comments, I didn't get a reply back which was a little disheartening, because I thought a had a good rapport going with the talent acquisition specialist.
The interview process consisted of a screening video call, in-person behavioural / technical, and case interview. The case portion is 3 hours, and you are required to present your findings at the office the next day
