No tricks, and no need for intensive case preparation. Have a basic business acumen and awareness of current tech trends to drive your final round interview recommendation. Behaviorals are fairly straight forward and technicals can be imperfect as long as general idea is there

Describe front end v. back end solutions
First you have to fill out an online application with a cover letter, and then someone from HR will reach out to you for an initial screening interview. From there, you speak to other members of the team.

Three rounds, two behavioral one case interview. Overall process takes a long time, the case study takes 3 hours to complete and an hour for the presentation. All interviews are done in their downtown office.

Interview
Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
