I went through a three-stage interview process with Konrad Group: an intro call, a one-hour case study presentation with questions, and a two-hour design challenge. The design challenge was a bit confusing, it was supposed to be fully offline, but then asked for extra research to back up the designs.
I spent over four hours of my own time preparing for the presentation and challenge, so I didn’t appreciate that I wasn’t given any feedback afterward, even when I asked. It was still a good learning experience, but the process definitely could have been clearer and more supportive.
