Fairly straightforward with internal recruiting and then with management and other colleagues. Fast process and lead to offer after two week process. I had to move and they made that process easy as well.
I had a 45-minute video interview with the prospective manager. They were not well prepared regarding my past experience. They never followed up with me afterwards despite the good conversation.
