Run, clean, maintain, help put machine together for production. Keep machine running with little to no down time if possible. The person that interviewed me was very professional and to the point. We talked about all the machines i ran in thru the years what my goals are and where i wanted to be in the next 5 years. He had nothing but good to say about the Kraft Heinz company. He was to the point in what is expected of me. I walked away from the interview impressed. I think my leads are really are serious about working with each employee, but at the same time are very down to earth.
