I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Very quick decision making process. No "hurry up and wait". There was an initial phone screen that lasted 30 minutes with the HR manager, and a second with the hiring manager. Then an hour face to face interview with the hiring manager a few weeks later. The hiring manager called me back himself within 48 hours to extend an offer.
