I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Madison, WI) in Oct 2011
Interview
Interviewed with two current Associate Brand Managers. Walked them through my resume, discussed current position. Behavioral based questions, preferred STAR method. Marketing case questions: proposed business idea with $250,000 capital investment. Marketing plan for said business. Questions about profits, revenues, marketing expenditures with said business. Why Kraft? Why this position? Ended with questions for them.

Question 1
Say I'm a venture capitalist, giving you $250,000. What business proposal would you like to see on THIS specific campus and why? Further, how would you market said business and how would you compete with existing businesses?
The first was on campus. The second was a longer interview with behavioral and case questions. The third was more of the same with Director level individuals. They don't care as much about your answer, but more about how you arrived at your answer. Critical thinking among ambibuity is an important skill.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Aug 2023
Interview
Interviews were easy, but decision makers can't hold themselves to a timeline and end up pushing you back as much as they can. Know your stuff and play to their core values as much as you can.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had phone conversation and it went very well, then I had in person interview, so there I had not that good experience. Two managers were conducting interview(one uninvolved), another one on position for 1 month. Both of them couldn’t ask me right questions, uninvolved one left company a week after interview. Very disappointing process, felt like they had a lot on their plate and I was not part of it.
