      Analytics Manager Interview

      Mar 1, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Mar 2018

      Interview

In the initial call the recruiter stated that roles change all the time. People are hired into finance and then asked to work on marketing, people are hired into hr and then asked to work on web programming. The recruiter said you must be up for any and all challenge. When pressed on why would you put people who have no knowledge of a subject and have no interest in that topic on that type of project she had no answer. When asked why they bother with job descriptions her only response was well this is the job today, it can be a totally different job tomorrow. This seems totally insane, so either this recruiter has a terrible understanding of how things work or this is a culture that wants to make as many employees miserable as possible. You should be developing your talent based on their skills and their needs, not yours.
