(during the interview the HR partner kept saying "very good" though got rejection, without providing any feedback, though all contacts before rejection were quite pleasant. Before the call I was asked to add the HR on Skype, though sending several times to request, he didn't accept it/respond to it at all, wrote to another HR helped organising this also without reply, though call could still be made without adding him, no worry)
