I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
The entire process took a month. Kraft Heinz recruiter responded to my application via linked in and requested to schedule a phone interview for the upcoming week. Responded promptly gave my availability only for nothing to be scheduled, followed up and received a response a week later. Phone interview with recruiter finally occurred and then interview with hiring manager a week later. After the second phone interview I was invited for onsite interview where I interviewed with 4 people. Recruiter followed up with me via phone day after my interview to inform me interviews were lasting until next week and told me a decision will be made first thing next week and will call me then. I was never contacted, a follow up email was never responded to. I’ve had zero communication so I am assuming I did not get the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL)
Interview
A couple of phone interviews. Then a series of quick interviews in-person with different managers, during which I was told job offers would come 24-48 hours after the in-person interviews. After 5 days I followed up with KH, and they quickly requested my schedule for the following day to discuss the next steps. The follow-up call from KH never happened, and I never heard from KH again despite reaching out several more times.
The actual in-person interviews were very casual and varied depending on the interviewer. Several interviewers seemed bothered that they were a part of the process, and one interviewer in particular kept playing on his cell phone and computer while asking me "What else do you want to know?"
Overall, the experience was pretty insulting and I rescinded my application.

After each interviewer gave me his or her background and current responsibilities, they didn't have much to say. So, I ended up asking 90% of the questions....
