First round: video interview and online assessments. Pretty straightforward -- video interviews are annoying in general, but it was fine. Second round: 2 30-minute interviews. Behavior-based questions. Again, this round is straightforward and deals with your experiences and "what would you do if..." Final Round: They fly you out to the Chicago Office and you have to prepare a 3-minute presentation about yourself. Important: DO NOT skim over your resume. I made this mistake and it was fatal. Instead, dive deeply into one or two of your greatest achievements and connect that to the skills you have that make you a good hire. There is a lot of wasted time in this round, and it really could be done in half a day. I got cut after my presentation, but if you stay on, you present again to an exec. Recommendation: Please make your final round interview half a day. We had at least an hour and a half of downtime that seemed pretty useless.
