I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Garland, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process involved a video interview with 7 questions, 2 assessments (logical and personality questions), 2 skype interviews that lasted 30 minutes each, then finally an on-site interview which included a factory tour, and each candidate gave a presentation to the leadership team. I received an offer a few days later.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Garland, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Round 1: After providing a resume the first round involved a virtual interview with around 8 questions. It was done on a website and a video and written prompt was provided and time was given to think and there were 2 minutes to record. Questions were situational based or asked about past experiences and projects and when you performed in a certain way.
Round 2: The second round was 2 30 minute Skype interviews with people at the plant level. Questions again were situation or accomplishment based.
Round 3: The final round was an on-site interview, in Garland, TX, at one of the plants. There was a group of 15-20 candidates where we presented one by one in front of the leadership panel and other candidates. We presented 3 minutes on what we have done, what we are doing, and why us. There was Q&A time with the leadership panel, come prepared with thoughtful questions. There was also an informal Q&A with current and past trainees at the plant. The last element was a plant facility tour. The day was done around noon and the same interview process was done in the afternoon. I received a call with an offer and my location 3 days later.
There was a lot involved in the interview process and it was competitive, but rewarding.

Interview
After a couple of online assessments, I had two Skype/phone interviews of less than 30 minutes. All the questions were behavioral. Then I was invited to their Maxwell House Coffee site where I had to make a 3 minute PowerPoint presentation about myself in front of the other applicants and the hiring managers.
