I applied online. After 2 days they replied and I took a test to measure my psymetrics online. The psymetrics test is structured in games that are kind of fun. A piece of cake. After 2 days again, I was reached to complete the Talent Q Test. I usually crack IQ quizzes, I am a software engineer and my mind is very logical, but the limited time made me fail. More specifically, in the three tests: • Numerical: very often I was close to the correct answer but I was out of seconds. It was frustrating since I could answer correctly with even a minute more. • Logical: I am successful on these type of tests since I was a kid. Still, the tiny amount of time made me make some mistakes that I am not proud of. I don't feel like I can blame myself though. I simply had troubles distinguishing the symbols ( <<><<>, <><>>>,...) and to find the correct ones through the answers in few seconds. •Verbal: honestly, I just didn't have the right human amount of time to read the texts, collect the information, read the question and the answers. I just needed more time. Kudos to people that can make it. I received an email saying I don't reflect Heinz criteria. It was actually expected.
