I first made contact with Kraft at a job fair. I was picked for an interview the next day. I did well, even the interviewer said I did well. I was expecting a offer soon but I got an email saying that Kraft was having hard times thus I'll have to wait longer. Later I saw them at a job fair again and had another interview and was given the offer.

Interview
Automated online video questionnaire with typical interview questions I.e. getting to know me as a person. Not very technical for an entry level engineering interview, and fairly straight forward if you are prepared with normal interview questions.
Two separate interviews and an eight hour trade test over a period of two months. The interview was with the HR department and the site maintenance engineer prior to final decision.

Interview
2 phone interviews, then an in person interview. They ghosted me after the on site interview. They said they would get back to me within a week. Even after a follow up email it was radio silence.
