The first step was to complete online "games." Next, had to complete a 10 question HireVue interview. A couple weeks later had to complete two back-to-back in-person 30 min interviews.

Tell me about a time you recognized a problem in a process and took steps to fix it
Process took 2 months. 2 Phone interview followed by Skype interviews with a final round in Chicago. The final round involved a very interesting process of giving a three minute presentation to a panel of board members with a cohort group.
