Applied through university website, got contacted about a month after (when the application closed) to do a series of games and a hire vue (1 way interview). Submitted it late but still got selected to interview on campus. Had 2 back to back interviews 30 min each- one with an HR rep and another with a former trainee. First interviewer seemed very disinterested and didn’t really want to engage. Second interviewer was really nice and had an overall positive experience with her. I got selected for a final round in Chicago, however I chose to decline the offer to interview as I already had an offer that I preferred over Kraft. I also was not a fan of their culture or what I perceived from it through the interviewers. Questions were very normal behavioural and a few mini cases in the hire vue but none in the in person from what I remember. I didn’t feel very confident after the in person interviews because of my experience but that may have just been a reflection of their culture. Overall seems like an easy process to get through except for the final round- from what I’ve read on glassdoor it seems brutal.
