Interview
The first 2 interviews were by phone with the controller. He was very nice and helpful. My final interview was in person with 4 different people - Factory Manager, HR Manager, Controller and Accounting Manager. I did that in mid Sept and was hired the end of October and started the middle of November - so not a short process.
