Had a phone screen with Human Resources followed by subsequent site interview (4 Panel Interviews Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Two Operations Leaders, Quality Manager Continuous Improvement Manager + Plant Tour). Site used STAR method. From Application to offer it was about 5 weeks.
