The initial first contact was done over the phone. I was then called to set up an in person interview. I went to that and had two rounds of questions that were all scenario based questions based on previous experiences. Some of the questions were psych based questions, which was weird but I powered through them. I waited over two weeks until I called them myself and asked if a decision was made. They then informed me they went in a different direction. There was a lack of transparency as I had been waiting for the decision regardless of what it was. Wish it would of been a little more professional.
