The interview process was fairly easy. I was invited to do a phone interview and then I was asked to fly to Tampa for an interview with three sales leaders back to back. The interview didn't feel like an interview it was more so like a conversation between you and another person that happens to work for the company you want to work with. Its something that was a commonality amongst all of the sales interns from my class.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a difficult or unexpected question but I will say that from my perception if you are a student interested in marketing or sales do not mention marketing. From what I've heard, it is very hard to move from sales to marketing so don't express that interest because you will be deemed the wrong fit.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Rome) in Sep 2018
Interview
First I applied online. They sent me a test containing three parts (logical, numerical and verbal). After passing the test, I had a telephone call and online interview for half an hour. Then, I had a second phone interview for an hour. As I passed second interview as well, I had a third easier interview for 15 mins.
difficile, j'ai trouvé les questions très difficiles, et je n'ai pas réussi. La prochaine fois je serai mieux préparé. Je remercie le recruteur pour la franchise et l'aimabilité car c'était vraiment trop difficile
