The interviewer was 20 minutes late to the interview because they "couldn't find a computer". They were clearly bored and obviously asking questions from a sheet and didn't show much interest in the interview so the interview was very tedious. General communication was weird. When I asked who were some recent candidates who weren't so successful he told me about candidates "who were technically good on paper but couldn't handle the pressure" which gave me some strong warning flags. I asked what training opportunities they had and he basically said they don't do training and you have to learn on the job. That's right, he said they didn't do training for a role with the official title of "Global Manufacturing Trainee Program". He then provided post-interview feedback of "Low drive for learning and improvement". Overall, this was by far the worse interview I have ever did. Bonus: They gave me a time in GMT when they meant BST and when I asked to clarify they confirmed the wrong one. Luckily it was a Teams meeting, so I went with that.

Very comprehensive, took the pymetrics test and learnt a lot about myself through the tests as well. Unfortunately did not make it past the first stage but definitely appreciated the opportunity.
