Interview
The process took around 3 months. It started of with a pymetrics test, followed up by a video interview with a robot and then two phone calls which were really nice. Then they flew me to Amsterdam where we had the assessment day. In the morning we had interviews, a case and we had to do a pitch which was fine. But then half of the group got send away…. Afterwards we had to wait for 3 hours in a room for the panel interview. I was exhausted and this experience was very unpleasant. I’m happy I did not get the job in the end, very American company…
