I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Hampton, VA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Met the HR person first and then interviewed with the maintenance supervisor. They asked a bunch of questions about safety and experience. Specifically wanted Allen-Bradley PLC experience, along with experience repairing drive shafts, gear boxes, etc. Maintenance supervisor said he hires people who possess both mechanical and electrical skills.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz
Interview
Interviewed in front of 4 people and it was a very relaxed interview. They will all go around and ask you some questions. Don't be shy and answer the questions on a positive note. Be strong with your answers and relate it to being very mechanically inclined.
