Got an interview through Campus Recruiting and Career Fair. Sat for interview, which is one on one with an employee working at one of the Manufacturing plants. Mostly behavioral interview (describe a situation when...) with a few questions about your resume.

If your best friend were to walk in the room, what are three words they would use to describe you?
Well managed and planned. The process took about a month ranging from talent acquisition, HR, business case, and user interview. The interviews were about an hour each talking about personality and experience. However, I have not get the chance to proceed to an user interview yet at the time but nevertheless a good experience.

I first applied through the company’s careers website, but my application wasn’t successful. After someone withdrew, the manager posted a new announcement on LinkedIn, which I responded to, and that led to a video interview three days later.
