I recently had an interview experience that did not meet my expectations. I was contacted by the HR department for a Data Scientist position at Kraft Heinz. However, the first round of the interview was scheduled after a month, and surprisingly, it was with a Non-Technical Director. Despite my attempts to seek clarity and inquire about the next steps, it took around 15 days to find out that the Director was not able to fully comprehend my profile. I am disappointed with this experience and feel that my time was not utilized effectively.

The application procedure includes two interviews. The first interview is with HR and the second is with team members. The first interview is to get to know candidate' basic information and the second interview includes some detail on the CV.

Interview
I had a great experience talking to a recruiter from Kraft Heinz Digital. The recruiter was quite positive and explained the role and requirements of the position clearly. Unfortunately the timing did not align, they needed someone for may and I was graduating in August.
