I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Düsseldorf) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied from business school. Was accepted to an interview. Interview was fairly easy. Main focus was on company /team fit. So the interview was personal. No assessment center or tests beforehand. The interview took place with head of the HR team and afterwards with the finance department. It went all very well, which is why I guess I eventually got the internship.
Well managed and planned. The process took about a month ranging from talent acquisition, HR, business case, and user interview. The interviews were about an hour each talking about personality and experience. However, I have not get the chance to proceed to an user interview yet at the time but nevertheless a good experience.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Ahmedabad) in Jan 2026
Interview
Round -1: Group Discussion (offline) with nearly 20 people in each group
Round -2: Personal Interview (online) with someone from the same domain for which you have applied
