Had an interview with the operation manager lead and the director of operations. The interview with the worst feeling ever on culture. Since you walked into the office you get a toxic and bad working culture. This has been confirmed by the questions I got during the interviews about willingness to work overtime and not having a work-life balance.

Next stage: skype interview with HR
FInally: in person interview and case study with 2 managers
