I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online through Kraft Heinz' website. After that, I received an email asking for four simple questions (grad year, gpa, etc.). Next, I received an email asking to complete an assessment within 48 hours, which I did and was then contacted for an interview/screening. Then there was a skype interview. However, I did not make it past the skype interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Feb 2018
Interview
First round was a screen, second round was a phone interview with a member of the HR team and a follow up with the Hiring Manager.
Questions were mainly behavioral-based. Both interviewers I spoke with were friendly and easy to talk to. The only thing that struck me as odd was that the position I applied for on the website was located in Chicago, but during the interview they said I would be located in Arkansas.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Interview once on the phone and then over skype. Was flown out to the HQ in Chicago for final rounds where we had to present a 3 min presentation about ourselves in front of a panel and most other candidates. There were no actual interviews held. The whole day felt extremely unorganized as they could not even provide us with a schedule, and none of the employees guiding us throughout the day seemed to know what was going on either. Overall, the process was extremely impersonal.

Interview
The interviews were all very fast paced and upbeat. There were three rounds of interviews in total the first one was a 15 minute phone interview with someone from their University Recruiter team. She was very insightful and very helpful. The second interview was with a member of their HR team. It was another phone interview, this time lasting 30 minutes and very straightforward and a lot more serious than the first one. The final interview is when they fly you out to their headquarters in Chicago.
