I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Feb 2016
Interview
First you are sent a problem solving/personality test that takes ~90 minutes to complete. They only give you 24 hours notice to complete it. I was then chosen for a phone screening interview. She asked basic behavioral questions for about 10 mins. At the end, she told me she would recommend me for an on-campus interview. Later that week, I received a notice that they could not do on-campus interviews for every candidate, but I would have Skype interviews instead. The email said someone would be in contact with me within the week. I didn't hear a response, and had another offer expiring. I emailed them and they immediately (within 10 mins) asked me for my availability of the week for an interview. When it was time to interview, I waited at my computer for a phone call and it never came. They had messed up my interview time. They were apologetic and asked to reschedule for the next day. I could not do another Skype interview so they allowed a phone interview. Spoke to another Talent Acquisition woman and answered behavioral questions for 30 minutes. I told her about my offer deadline and said they would try to accommodate the offer, which was within a week of talking with her. She scheduled me for a business interview 2 days later via Skype with an engineer. She asked me more behavioral questions and said I would have an answer by the end of the day or early the next day. The day before my other offer expired, I emailed my Talent Acquisition contact and asked for a status update. She said they were sorry about the mistake and told me I could do my final interview tomorrow morning, the day my other offer expired. Around 8pm that night, they contacted me and told me to make a 3 minute presentation about myself (where I've been, what I do, why should KraftHeinz hire me). During the interview, I spoke with another Talent Acquisition guy where I ran through my presentation. Later that day, I got a phone call from interviewer #2 saying I had an offer.

Interview
When I applied, they first made me take a skills quiz first about shapes. Afterwards, they gave me a phone interview asking about my experience and background and why I wanted to work for their company. We ran out of time so they asked me to email them my questions.
