Interview
Quick and efficient, was one-to-one with the store managers and they were very friendly. The interview went well overall and I was hired instantly. Asked generic competency-based questions " describe a time when..." "How did you find out about this job..!" "Do you have any questions for us.. " They showed me a couple of videos on how the store works and what a job there consists of and asked what we know about the company.
Friendly and Approachable process, conducting of a face to face interview. Followed up with a trial shift a couple of days later. The interview took 30 minutes and the trial shift was a couple of hours
