Interview
I first did a brief interview over the phone. She described certain situations and how i would react to them. After she asked me what day i could come in for the second part of the interview. This was just me talking about myself.

A customer is looking for a product that we do not have. how would you handle the situation.
Apply, they need people, just be able to talk and be normal. As long as you can communicate and complete the job description you will be totally fine. There is only one round.

If you see a customer that needs help, but you just went on your lunch break, what would you do?
Very short, and easy Did not need to prep really. Expect to answer questions for about 5-10 minutes, and then discuss your previous experience that you may or may not have.

Short process wasn’t long easy going manager he made me comfortable to ask questions and to answer them made me feel like family ready for first day tonight pray everything goes well as a dairy associate ready to see the great things and nights it brings
