Panel interview is a cross section of the current employees. The hourly associates were able to ask a scripted number of questions that gave them insight on how well I would work with them and how efficient I would be in the role. It also have them a chance to interact with me. The upper management team and some of the employees in the department I would be working in also asked questions in the second round of interviews. Finally there was an interview with the General Manager.
