      Floorman Interview

      Dec 4, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kroger

      Interview

Not much of an interview. Got the feeling interviewer got stuck with the job & was just looking to fill new store positions as fast as she could. Figured I was right about that feeling even more when I started in the new store & saw her working as the secretary.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Not many ? at all. Basic work ex. questions & what rate of pay I was looking for where basically all I was asked pertaining to the job. answered . the ?'s & took the drug test stick in my mouth. That was one interview where not taking much was the best option. First thing she said when I said I was applying for the cleaning job was, That's good that's one more off my list. At that point I figured the less said the better because it looked like I had the job when I walked in the door. No reason to risk it by running my mouth.
