It was panel like interview. They had very basic questions as to your former employers, and how you could bring over your skills to the company. Unfortunately the woman interview lady was late which seemed very much unprofessional. They didn't seem to communicate to well so you had to win them in and they seemed amazed at all my answers.

It was nice and flowed with the usual questions you would expect. I mgr.s that interviewed me we nice and friendly I felt at ease. They didn't put me in the hot seat at all I rather enjoyed the Interview I came away expecting an offer.

The interview process includes your typical interview questions “what are your strengths? Weaknesses? What would you do in this situation?” You also will have to pass a saliva drug test, and a TB skin test.

Applied online and after a week heard back from the nurse that was going to interview me by email, then had a personal one on one with her. Very lax interview, with question centering around customer services and patient care.
