Very easy and straight forward process and like that they give feedback a rarity! But do try and research the company values and try and align your answers to this (this is where my answers fell down according to feedback)

Long winded, online assessments, video interview and assessment day. For assessment day had to do a range of exercises including presentation, interview, group exercise and a report. It was a waste of time overall as they probably already knew who they would hire.
