Interview
Questions are asked before hand by the manager. Then they talked to me to get to know me. Then they showed me around the place. This was a year ago but I've heard from new employees that it's still the same.
No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
