No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

Very simple interview. Interviewer just wanted to make sure that I was able to work and that rigorous coursework from school/ extracurriculars didn't conflict with the schedule. Questions were of the yes/no nature and I didn't need to elaborate very much at all. A competency math test is given prior to the interview.

Even though you are taking difficult classes this year, I will not let you excuse work to study for a test. Is that fine?
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
