The interview was very direct and straightforward, it took place in the office inside the classroom and you were asked only a handful of questions about your experience and how you would fit in.

Interview
Went to the location, had an interview with the Director. Answered all questions and asked questions about the program. An explanation about what the job duties will be. Registering clients, help in testing and taking payments.
At a smaller franchise location of Kumon a friend was leaving the job and asked if I was interested. I said yes and gave my resume, then was called by the owner and given a standard phone interview. No curve balls, and was given an offer later that week.
