Interview
Basically you talk with the manager about your grades, gpa, whether your strengths lie in math or reading, and responsibilities on the job. Also he or she will want to know how long you can stay in with the center for.

I need you to make a commitment for the whole summer, can you do so?
No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
