I submitted one form and she called me in for a trial day. I sat with kids and tutored them. she then told me over the phone that I was hired. Interview was not hard

Interview
Very easy- basically none. Have you start unpaid training videos right away with barely any information. No pay or time is discussed. Very weird and unhelpful. Would not do again, didn't continue the job.
Interview Process went really smoothly. They were very kind and very respectful throughout the process. They asked a lot about previous tutoring experience which seems to be an essential requirement.
Background check and behavioral interview where they ask you questions about your past experiences and skills pertaining to teaching children or youth. Interview was pretty straightforward and easy to do.
