just behavioral questions. really simple and easy. need to take a grade school academic test so they know how educated and qualified you will be for the job. after passing, you are most likely to be hired.

the process was easy/okay there wasnt any hard questions and they were mostly personality questions and about my reasons for wanting to join the team and how well i work with other people
Quite a short and informal interview process - I was asked about my background experience, why I wanted to work there and then I was hired on the spot afterwards
Easy, just a resume screening, and asked questions about how i would walk kids through problems. Asked a lot about available work hours. Simple enough and pretty informal. Need experience in math and english
