Super easy, family friend introduced me to boss so it was very chill and relaxed. Questions were very standard for a first job. Boss easy to get along with and have a conversation.
Interview went pretty smoothly , asked about previous experience and didn't do any math or English test. Faces lit up when I mentioned I had done kumon in the past
Quick questions from manager, not too difficult. Included questions on experience, willingness to learn and train (brief). Also asked how many hours willing to work. Interviewer was nice and patient.
The boss and assistant managers interviewed me about my educational experience, tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position primarily. It was professional but still there was room for more open-ended conversation on both ends during the interview.
