You first take a math and reading test, which takes about half an hour. the interview involves general questions about why you want to work there and experience working with kids/education. Also asked about your own schedule and availability.

Applied through email, then got called to come in for a short interview, which consisted of questions mainly about my education, previous work experience, particularly in regards to tutoring and working with children. Then I did a short on-the-job trial so I could see how Kumon operated.

Had to complete a Mathematics exam and I could not adequately prepare for it because I was not notified on which topics would be covered. It was challenging for me as I was 3 months out of finishing high school.
