Kumon Math & Reading Tutor interview questions

A former teacher of mine was told that a local tutoring place needed a few tutors to work there. There was no application but instead just a recommendation from someone. Those who get hired tend to be someone who is known by employees who currently work there or someone knows you. When interviewing me, the manager asked me to quickly look over a program that had samples of homework that the kids would be assigned. I was asked to spot what was wrong in approximately 5 seconds and then he would go on to the next sheet and I was asked to do the same for 4-5 more sheets. Afterwards, he asked me to take a 15 - 20 min test testing my math ability. He gave me a level G test to see if I could do basic algebra and concepts for that level. He quickly graded it in front of me and he told me that I did well and asked me to start working immediately.
