Kumon Learning Center Tutor interview questions

Walked into the Kumon center and asked for the owner. I talked to the owner and asked if they were hiring markers/ tutors, she said yes and told me to come back next week with a resume and 3 references. There was a job test with factoring, solving equations, etc... You had to get a certain mark on the test to get the job. After the test there was an immediate interview.
