Interview
It was a basic interview process that consisted of two in-person meetings. The 2nd one included a tour of the store with a fairly in-depth description of what the position required.

Basic questions about previous experiences, as well as a few situational scenarios.
pretty chill - asked some random questions but were really open. They wanted me to work shifts I wasn't open to tho and basically said if I couldn't work rotating weekends it wasn't going to work out.
