Interview
They usually call you for a phone interview. The second interview would be in person and usually lasts for less than an hour with the store leader and assistant store leader. Dress for an interview, it will make them impressed. Many people come in with jeans and a t-shirt.

Many of the questions were about your personality, what have you done to help someone else? Values and core beliefs. They do ask for weekends and holidays as needed. Other questions would be how would you handle certain situations, difficult or other ones like bribery.

Very thorough; real life examples requested. They really care about getting the right people in place for their stores. Be aware and prepared on company history so you can answer the questions and get the job. .

So I was hired like 6 months ago and that was my third time applying to kwik trip and being hired then. 5 months later my store leader recommended me to apply for the guest service leader position, and by all means I did it because I want to grow in this fun company. Had to just do a formal interview with the district leader her questions were really mind tricky, and I did let her know that and I’m also young and don’t have a lot of experience but I do have enough!
