Pre-screen was over the phone, interview in person. They were running late and did not communicate this, it would have been nice if my time was taken seriously. Interviewer was quiet but poked around a bit, overall, the interview was easy, but the pay was too low.
The initial phone screening call is easy. You get asked questions to ensure you are a good fit for the job. Be ready to discuss your projects. I was offered another interview through Zoom.
