This company shows discrimination when it comes to races or ethnicities that aren’t caucasian, for corporation positions. I interviewed with their HR manager and he told me I was the most qualified for the position that I applied for then anyone he interviewed. I went through a series of interviews and afterwards with the follow up call he provided to me that although I fit every check point that they’ve been looking for it seems like my tone of voice may come off as aggressive, when asking about my tone for and where I should aggression he stated that, the way I said hello was proper but it softened up basically when we dug deeper into it he then also stated that I sounded too happy and excited towards the end and they didn’t want others to have the wrong idea. When I look further into their corporate staff it seems like they didn’t have any minorities with in the company but barely one person. The diversity for the company isn’t that great for the corporate leadership.
